The Bruich Biadh compact kitchen pod was originally designed for micro campers but we liked it so much we decided to make a version for medium vans too! So, whether you’ve got a Berlingo or Transit Custom, Caddy Maxi or Transporter T6 you can fit one of these and enjoy some class slide out storage / kitchen action.
 
 
  The raised kitchen pod section allows cooking inside with storage for cutlery, plates and mugs below. The low section allows you to carry a cool box when driving and doubles up as a seat when you’ve stopped (yes, we do make matching upholstery for this!). You can access the massive amount of storage through the top or jump outside and slide out the massive 1.4m side extending drawer on it’s 230kg rated runners. The slide out drawer has 3 compartments with 2 removable separators and 2 locker tops for extra worktop space or outside cooking.
 
 
We use a Yeti Tundra 35 or Tundra 45 which fit perfectly on the lower section but if you would rather go electric then an Alpicool 25 / 3T6 (or something of a similar size) will also fit nicely.
 
 
In a small van (like a Caddy Maxi) the Biadh pairs with our 1700mm Schiehallion or Torridon bed system. In a SWB Medium Sized van (like a T5/T6, Transit Custom L1) we would recommend a maximum 1800 long bed and in a LWB you can go up to 1900 or stick with 1800 and sneak in a Thunderbox between the bed system and Bruich Biadh.If you’re tall and mighty then the combination of a maximum length bed and a Bruich Biadh will also give you a massive bed due to the seat setup on the kitchen pod doubling up as a seat. Caddy Maxi with a 2100mm long bed…yup, that’s doable!
